To partner with low-income immigrant Latinx youth in Santa Ana to implement a youth-led SUD education campaign and build and sustain youth leadership creating mechanisms of participation by youth that lead to risk prevention and system-wide change to increase responsiveness to SUD-related health needs of youth and decrease substance use by youth in the city and county of Orange.
