To develop the leadership skills of youth of color through the Community Health ‘Fellows in Residence’ youth program in Alameda County, which will utilize mentoring/relation-building and peer-engagement strategies to advance policy changes and advance substance use prevention policies and programs in Oakland’s new Department of Violence Prevention.
