To address substance use in South Monterey County with a focus on students of color ages 12-24 who identify as LGBTQ+ by creating opportunities for positive youth engagement through increasing GSAs (student-led organizations that unite the LGBTQ+ community) , hosting an annual youth action summit, and increasing the perception of harm from substance use.
