To increase understanding of substance use disorders and recognition of the chronic nature of addiction, reduce stigma, and build prevention and education into all programming with incarcerated and transitional-aged youth of color ages 16-25 in San Joaquin County. Increase youth leadership through youth actively developing substance abuse training curriculum and investment into nontraditional modalities of healing and moving youth toward policy, systems and environmental change.
