To promote healing, improve the behavioral health outcomes, and decrease substance use for African American and Latinx youth using trauma- informed practices, leadership development, policy advocacy training and youth social justice narrative development through the creation of media and youth centered policy campaigns in Sacramento, Alameda, Fresno and Los Angeles counties.
