To increase opportunities for Latinx and African American youth to create social change by elevating youth voice and developing youth leadership, through youth coalitions and an annual youth leadership summit that encourages arts and healing centered approaches and addressees environmental, policy and systems change that focus on inequities and aim to impact youth with substance use disorders in Tulare County.
